Greetings,
This Saturday (May 9th) is the Chapter One Day/Tech Session combo and will be held at a NEW location (refer below). Everyone is welcome and tables are FREE, FREE, FREE. It will begin at 8 AM and coffee will be provided. Volunteers usually provide donuts for snacks but you are welcome to bring whatever you prefer.

One Day shows are mini-swapmeet days, where members are encouraged to bring items related to horology to sell or swap, and to bring their wallets to buy new treasures from other members… or bring something for the ‘It’s for free’ table that usually appears during a One Day show!)

The main presenter is Ken Arnold who will be giving a talk on Seth Thomas Sonora chime clocks. He plans on giving a brief history of Seth Thomas clocks including the purchase of the Sonora chime patent. Ken will also provide helpful repair tips, show examples and comment on current pricing of these notable Sonora clocks. Presentations usually begin between 9 and 10 AM.
Reminder: Sunday is Mother’s Day

Screen shots (Google maps) of the new location are shown below. The lowermost photo shows that parking and entrance into the building is at the rear of the complex.
